Asheratian
   In the Ugarit texts the Aserah of the sea, wife of El, and mother of seventy gods and goddesses, including Baal, Anat, Kathar-Wa-Hasis, Athar. Sea goddess of the northern Semites. Equated with Allat, Elat, and Mut. For further details See Phoenician Creation Legends.
